I am from Canada and on a long visit to New York City, I had the unfortunate experience of being dragged behind a cab. As I was exiting the cab, I just had my foot out of the cab when the vehicle took off. I was dragged for half a block before I let go and my left leg was run over by the rear tire. When I left the emergency room I was told I will most likely have surgery. As I have always been more comfortable with alternative medicine I searched for an Acupuncturist in the area. I could not be more fortunate to come across Dr. Wahnish. I came to him on crunches and with a leg and ankle that was severally swollen, bruised and beyond black and blue. With each treatment my leg looked so much better and more importantly felt better. After two weeks the color was back to normal and I no longer needed the crunches. After about six weeks of therapy the pain was completely gone. I always believed in alternative medicine but have never been so impressed with the results. My medical doctor as well was extremely pleased and thanks to Dr. Wahnish, surgery was never preformed. Dr. Wahnish is a caring and talented practitioner who really takes the time to help. I highly recommend his services to anyone.
